Questions & answers
Will it fit my water bottle?
It fits standard 2–5 gallon bottles with the usual narrow neck, like the 5-gallon bottles delivered to homes in the UAE. It doesn't fit wide-mouth or very small bottles – see the bottle chart in the photos.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge takes about 3 hours. Depending on use, one charge pumps up to about 4–6 five-gallon bottles.
How do I charge it?
With the included USB cable – plug it into any USB phone charger, laptop or power bank.
How do I clean it?
Pull out the tube and rinse it with clean water when you change the bottle, and wipe the pump with a damp cloth. Don't put the pump itself under water.
Can I use it outside the home?
Yes – it's cordless and runs on its battery, so it's great for the office, picnics and camping trips.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery – you pay in cash when the courier brings your order. Delivery is free across the UAE in 1–3 working days, and the courier calls you before delivery.
What if I change my mind?
You can return it unused within 7 days. See our return policy for details.
