Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: name, phone number, email (optional) and delivery address.

Store analytics

To improve our store we record anonymous usage information on our own servers: pages viewed, products added to cart, device and browser type, the website or app that referred you, and your approximate city based on your IP address. IP addresses are stored only in shortened (masked) form and this information is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Order reminders

If you enter your phone number at checkout but do not complete your order, we may send you one WhatsApp or SMS reminder with a link back to your cart.

Advertising

We use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and Google to measure our ads and show relevant offers. These tools may set cookies and receive information such as pages viewed, products added to cart and purchases. Personal details sent for ad measurement are encrypted (hashed) first.

How we use it

Your details are used to process and deliver orders and to contact you about your order. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to view or delete your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
